Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional front desk service. Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms. Handle reservations, cancellations, modifications, and inquiries with accuracy and enthusiasm. Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues with a customer service-oriented mindset. Maintain detailed records of guest information, billing, and room assignments, ensuring compliance with hotel procedures. Communicate effectively via phone and in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and client communication skills. Assist with night audit procedures when scheduled, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed. Follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety during incidents or emergencies. Support guest relations by providing local information, amenities details, and personalized service to enhance their stay. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations. Strong customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve quickly and effectively. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations. Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or property management systems (PMS). Knowledge of hotel management practices and emergency procedures to ensure guest safety and satisfaction. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone etiquette. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Resort or hotel experience is preferred to provide exceptional guest services in various settings.
