FRONT DESK AGENT - HOTEL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Sands Harbor Resort & Marina | Pompano Beach, FL Sands Harbor Resort & Marina is looking for a polished, energetic and experienced Front Desk Agent who knows how to create a great guest experience from the moment someone walks through the door. This is not an entry-level position. Previous
HOTEL FRONT DESK
experience is required. We're looking for someone with personality, confidence and excellent communication skills who can handle a busy front desk while remaining friendly, professional and composed. What We're Looking For Minimum 1-2 years of recent hotel front desk experience required Experience with hotel PMS/reservation systems Strong guest-service and problem-solving skills Outgoing, warm and engaging personality Professional appearance and communication skills Comfortable handling guest concerns and resolving issues independently Able to manage check-ins, check-outs, reservations, payments and guest requests accurately Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment without becoming overwhelmed Dependable, punctual and ready to work as part of a team Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays What You'll Do You'll be one of the first faces our guests see and a key part of their experience at the resort. Responsibilities include welcoming and checking in guests, processing departures and payments, managing reservations, answering phones, assisting with guest requests, communicating with other hotel departments and resolving issues quickly and professionally.

Restaurant, retail, call center, receptionist or general customer-service experience does not substitute for hotel front desk experience for this position. If you have solid hotel experience, genuinely enjoy working with guests and bring great energy to the front desk, we'd love to hear from you.
