Overview We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest services at our hotel. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless check-in and check-out processes. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Duties Able to work independently and take full responsibility of the property. Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information. Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities. Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls, take reservations, and respond to guest requests promptly. Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring that all materials are stocked and readily available. Assist with guest relations by addressing any concerns or complaints in a professional manner. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences. Uphold the hotel's standards of hospitality management by providing personalized service to each guest. Qualifications Previous experience in a front desk
