Arrival Coordinator for Siesta 4 Rent on Beautiful Siesta Key, Florida Full-Time | Starting at $20.00 per hour Every Great Vacation Begins With a Great Arrival At Siesta 4 Rent, we believe the vacation begins the moment our guests walk through the front door. We're looking for an energetic, organized, detail-loving person to become our Siesta Arrival Coordinator —someone who takes pride in creating beautiful first impressions and making sure every vacation home is perfectly prepared before guests arrive. You'll spend your days visiting some of the most beautiful homes and condominiums on Siesta Key, ensuring every property is warm, welcoming, and completely guest-ready. Your Mission As our Siesta Arrival Coordinator , you'll complete our signature Siesta Arrival Experience before every guest checks in.
Your goal is simple:
Every guest should walk into a home that feels like the vacation has already begun. What You'll Do Create the Perfect Arrival Experience Visit vacation rental homes prior to guest arrivals Complete our Siesta Arrival Checklist before every check-in Turn on lighting to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere Turn on televisions and display relaxing coastal scenery with soft beach music Make sure the home feels inviting, comfortable, and vacation-ready Leave welcome notes or special arrival touches for owners and guests when requested Property Readiness Verify appliances are working properly Test televisions, Wi-Fi, remote controls, thermostats, and smart locks Ensure towels, linens, and amenities are neatly displayed and fully stocked Check kitchens, bathrooms, lanais, patios, and outdoor spaces Straighten décor and staging to S4R standards Photograph any maintenance or housekeeping concerns Vendor Coordination & Quality Control Report issues to the appropriate maintenance or housekeeping vendor Create and update work orders in our software Upload photos documenting issues before and after repairs Follow up with vendors to ensure work is completed correctly and on time Verify completed work meets quality standards Island Operations Deliver supplies and amenities to vacation homes Run company errands throughout the week Assist with inventory and property supplies Support the office during busy periods Help keep every home ready for its next arrival We're Looking For Someone Who... Loves hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences Notices the little details that others miss Is dependable, organized, and self-motivated Enjoys working independently while being part of a close-knit team Is comfortable using smartphones, apps, and learning new technology Takes pride in making homes look beautiful and welcoming Has excellent communication and follow-up skills Qualifications Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Comfortable driving throughout Siesta Key and Sarasota Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Comfortable using mobile apps and digital checklists Hospitality, hotel, vacation rental, customer service, or property management experience is helpful—but not required. We are happy to train the right person.
