Job Description
Summary As a Maintenance Technician, you will be essential in ensuring the optimal functioning of facilities through your expertise in mechanical systems and property maintenance practices. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will utilize your core skills in schematics and facilities maintenance to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. With strong communication skills and relevant experience in customer service and leadership, you will contribute to a safe and productive work environment, supporting the organization's operational goals. Qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance Knowlege of tools and use of tools HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing knowledge a plus Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics Excellent communication and customer service skills Knowledge of maintenance management systems (CMMS) and use of tools like ohmmeters Responsibilities include but not limited to: Daily set up of beach chairs and umbrellas Preventative maintenance Addressing any guest issues Keeping the grounds/common areas neat and orderly Changing common area trash cans
