Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Front Desk Clerk to join our hotel team in Sunny Isles, FL . The Front Desk Clerk plays an important role in creating a welcoming and professional guest experience by assisting with check-ins, check-outs, guest inquiries, and daily front desk operations.
Pay Rate:
$18.00 per hour
Shift:
8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Must be able to work weekends.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and provide hotel information Process reservations, payments, and folio charges Assist guests with requests, concerns, or special accommodations Maintain a neat and organized front desk area Communicate effectively with housekeeping and other hotel departments Follow hotel procedures and ensure guest confidentiality and satisfaction
Requirements:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service and communication skills Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to stand for extended periods Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Prior front desk or hotel experience preferred but not required #IND3
