Job Description

We are currently seeking a Front Desk Customer Service Representative to join our Team. Part-Time Front Desk Agent must be able to work 3 PM- 11 PM approximately 3-4 days a week, with the possibility of working Night Audit shifts as needed.
Compensation:
$15 - $17 hourly
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude. Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately. Handle reservations, cancellations, room assignments, and guest requests. Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner. Process payments and guest transactions accurately Monitor and maintain the front desk area to ensure it is clean and organized. Assist with daily hotel operations and other duties as assigned by management For night audit shifts, complete nightly reports, balance accounts, and perform required overnight procedures.
Qualifications:
Previous Hotel front desk experience is required. Friendly, professional, dependable, and welcoming personality. Strong computer and basic math skills. Ability to handle cash, credit card transactions, and guest accounts accurately. Ability to remain calm and professional when handling guest concerns or difficult situations. Must maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast- paced hotel environment. Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be available to work weekends and holidays when required. Flexible with scheduling and willing to assist with Night Audit Shifts when needed.
