Job Description
The front desk sees pretty much everyone. New arrivals, regular guests, deliveries, phone calls, questions, requests — it's one of the busiest points in the building. We're adding a Front Desk Agent to our Tampa team who can manage that well. Someone who is easy to speak to, remembers the details, and can deal with three things happening at once without making the desk feel chaotic. Your Shift Welcome guests and handle arrivals Complete check-ins and check-outs Answer and direct phone calls Manage reservations and update guest details Respond to questions and requests Process payments accurately Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments Keep notes and front desk records updated Deal with straightforward guest issues Keep the reception area organized Experience You'll need to be confident speaking with people, comfortable using computer systems, and reliable with your shifts.
