Job Description

About CI Group CI Group is seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Showroom Coordinator to join our Tampa office. As the first point of contact for clients, guests, and team members, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming showroom experience while supporting daily office operations, hospitality, special events, and administrative functions. Position Summary The Showroom Coordinator serves as the face of our showroom and office. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying organized, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will support leadership, coordinate events and hospitality, maintain showroom standards, and assist with a variety of administrative responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Greet visitors and manage front desk activities. Answer and route incoming calls. Coordinate office operations, supplies, and vendor services. Manage showroom appearance and sample libraries. Assist with scheduling, calendars, and shared inboxes. Support special events, staff lunches, and leadership meetings. Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and rental cars. Process mail, deliveries, expense reconciliations, and administrative tasks. Assist with showroom marketing initiatives and social media activities. Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, office coordination, or a related field. Experience working in a professional office environment preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general office technology. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. High attention to detail, professionalism, and confidentiality. Work Environment & Physical Requirements This is a full-time, onsite position based in our Tampa showroom. Requires prolonged periods of sitting, computer use, and phone communication. Must be able to occasionally lift and carry office materials or packages weighing up to 10 pounds. May require occasional overtime to support company events, meetings, or special projects.
