Become a Guest Services Agent at Palm Beach Zoo! Looking for a job where no two days are exactly alike? At Palm Beach Zoo, our Guest Services team helps create the experience that keeps guests coming back. From welcoming families at the front gate to helping members, answering questions, and making someone's day a little brighter, you'll play an important role in connecting people with the Zoo and our mission. What You'll Do As a Guest Services Agent , you'll be one of the friendly faces our guests interact with throughout their visit.
You'll:
Welcome guests with enthusiasm and provide the uncommon service that makes a Zoo visit memorable. Process ticket and membership sales accurately and efficiently. Answer guest questions and provide information about the Zoo, habitats, programs, and amenities. Help resolve guest questions and concerns with patience, professionalism, and a positive attitude. Operate attractions such as the carousel and Lorikeet Loft. Assist with daily Guest Services operations and keep things running smoothly during busy periods. Work as part of a team while also taking initiative and handling responsibilities independently. Who You Are We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, approachable, and genuinely enjoys helping people. A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. Organized, dependable, and able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment. A team player who can also work independently. Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather — sunshine, humidity, and the occasional afternoon rain included! At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
