The Partridge Inn is a 143 room historic hotel in Augusta's Summerville neighborhood and a proud member of the Curio Collection by Hilton, a portfolio of one of a kind hotels chosen for their character and story. We're looking for warm, polished, genuinely hospitable people to join our Front Desk team and help us create stays our guests remember and talk about. What You'll Do Welcome arriving guests with warmth and energy, and handle check in and check out smoothly and accurately Be the go to resource for our guests, sharing recommendations for dining, events, and everything Augusta has to offer Recognize and thank our Hilton Honors members and make every guest feel valued Answer phones, manage reservations, and respond to guest requests promptly, following through until each one is resolved Listen with empathy when something isn't right, take ownership, and work with other departments to make it right Process payments, balance your cash drawer, and follow all cash handling and credit card procedures Communicate clearly with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food and Beverage, and Sales so every guest need is met Keep the lobby and front desk area welcoming, organized, and guest ready at all times Uphold Hilton brand standards and help us earn top guest satisfaction scores What We're Looking For A natural love of people and a genuine desire to make someone's day Previous hotel front desk, customer service, or hospitality experience is preferred, but we'll train the right attitude Clear, friendly communication skills in person and on the phone Comfort with computers and the ability to learn new systems quickly (Hilton PEP, Kipsu and HotSOS are a plus) Calm, positive problem solving when things get busy Reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail Availability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays, with additional availability during peak periods such as Masters Week High school diploma or equivalent Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive pay Hilton Team Member Travel Program with discounted hotel stays worldwide Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) plan with employer match Ongoing hospitality training and real opportunities for growth within The Partridge Inn and across the NorthPointe Hospitality portfolio The chance to be part of one of Augusta's most storied hotels, alongside a team that takes pride in saying \It's our pleasure\ and meaning it Ready to Join Us?
