Job Summary Monday to Friday 3-11 pm. We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is crucial in creating a positive experience for our guests from check-in to check-out, while also handling various administrative tasks. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with necessary information regarding their stay. Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest accounts. Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, demonstrating excellent guest relations skills. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively. Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages as needed. Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay. Address any guest complaints or issues with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach. Experience Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred. Familiarity with front desk operations, including phone etiquette and guest services, is essential. Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices is a plus. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as communication with diverse guests is valued.
