Duties and responsibilities:

Scheduling patient appointments Confirming/rescheduling appointments Assisting patients with any questions they may have Help with ongoing projects for the MedSpa Promote various specials and memberships to clients Provide concierge service to patients- check-in and out Be knowledgeable in all service lines Make sure patient needs are met whenever possible Professionally respond to patients via phone and emailing a timely manner Constant focus and attention to common spaces within the office to ensure cleanliness and the best presentation Exhibit initiative to help improve efficiencies wherever possible Collect patient reviews and assist in getting patient feedback on level of services delivered, in order to maximize patient satisfaction Qualifications Spa/medical office experience preferred College graduate, Hospitality/Hotel or equivalent field experience 3 + years English required, bilingual Spanish and/or Russian is a plus Positive attitude Excellent computer skills Professional appearance and demeanor Candidate must be able to take initiative Familiar with cosmetic treatments and/or has interested in learning about it Must be able to work 4 days a week and 1-2 weekend days a month Experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery, including medical-grade skincare and medical aesthetic procedures is a huge PLUS, but not required, since we are willing to train the right candidate. Must have an interest in and knowledge of the aesthetic industry and willingness to learn about and sell skincare products.
