Job Summary Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Guest Service Agent, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this dynamic role, you will be the friendly face and helpful voice that welcomes visitors, manages reservations, and ensures smooth front desk operations. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills while delivering top-tier guest experiences in a fast-paced setting. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide efficient check-in and check-out services using property management systems (PMS) such as Hotel Key or similar platforms Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications through hospitality reservation systems with accuracy and professionalism Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system handling Assist guests with their needs by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services in multiple languages when applicable Handle guest requests, complaints, or issues with proactive problem-solving to ensure satisfaction and loyalty Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, room assignments, and billing information while adhering to hotel emergency procedures Support night audit procedures by balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy at the end of each shift Experience Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality management is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency is highly desirable Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms used in hotel management Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices to handle diverse situations confidently Experience working with multi-line phone systems and providing exceptional phone communication in a hospitality setting Ability to solve customer service problems quickly while maintaining professionalism under pressure Resort experience or working within a hotel environment that emphasizes guest satisfaction is a plus Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.
