Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and welcoming Hotel Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests. In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, manage reservations, and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience. Manage reservations efficiently using property management systems (PMS) such as HotelKey, PEP, or similar hotel management software. Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems, offering prompt and accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities. Assist guests with room assignments, special requests, and issue resolution to ensure their stay exceeds expectations. Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently to ensure guest safety at all times. Maintain clear communication with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to support seamless operations. Uphold excellent phone etiquette and customer service standards while resolving guest issues or complaints with professionalism and problem-solving skills. Qualifications Proven experience in front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting. Proficiency with hospitality reservation systems such as HotelKey, PEP or property management systems (PMS). Strong customer service orientation with exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and client interaction. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and hospitality best practices. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience with multi-line phone systems is preferred.
