Part-Time Front Desk Night Auditor Join Our Team! We are looking for a dependable, customer-focused Part-Time Night Auditor to join our team. If you enjoy working independently, providing exceptional guest service, and being part of a welcoming hotel environment, we'd love to hear from you! As the Night Auditor, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding guest service while ensuring all daily financial and operational reports are completed accurately during the overnight shift.
Schedule Part-Time:
3-4 days weekly
Overnight Shift:
11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed. Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out. Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries professionally. Balance daily transactions and complete the nightly audit process. Prepare reports for hotel management. Take inventory Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby. Communicate important information to the morning management team. Qualifications Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred (not required—we will train the right candidate). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Comfortable working independently. Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn hotel operating systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance. Must be able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. We're Looking For Someone Who... Enjoys helping people.
