Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at a premier hotel. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest accounts. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively. Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages promptly. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area. Assist in managing reservations through the hotel's booking system. Qualifications Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hotel or resort industry is preferred. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective guest relations. Familiarity with hospitality management principles is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance guest interactions.
