Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area. Assist in managing reservations through the hotel's booking system. Qualifications Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hotel or resort industry is preferred. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective guest relations. Familiarity with hospitality management principles is a plus.
