Comfort Inn & Suites Near Six Flags is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our team.

Requirements:

Must have open availability . Must be able to work all shifts as needed: 7:00 AM

• 3:00 PM 3:00 PM
• 11:00 PM 11:00 PM
• 7:00 AM Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Strong communication and customer service skills. Hotel experience is preferred but not required.

Important:

Open availability is required. Applicants seeking a fixed schedule or who are unable to work certain shifts will not be considered.

Job Responsibilities:

Check guests in and out efficiently. Answer phone calls and assist with reservations. Handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally. Process payments and maintain accurate records. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.

Schedule:

This is a part-time position . Employees are guaranteed at least 2 work days per week , with additional shifts available based on business needs, availability, and performance.
