Job Description

Comfort Inn & Suites Near Six Flags is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our team.

Requirements:

Must have open availability . Must be able to work all shifts as needed: 7:00 AM

3:00 PM 3:00 PM
11:00 PM 11:00 PM
7:00 AM Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Strong communication and customer service skills. Hotel experience is preferred but not required.

Important:

Open availability is required. Applicants seeking a fixed schedule or who are unable to work certain shifts will not be considered.

Job Responsibilities:

Check guests in and out efficiently. Answer phone calls and assist with reservations. Handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally. Process payments and maintain accurate records. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.

Schedule:

This is a part-time position . Employees are guaranteed at least 2 work days per week , with additional shifts available based on business needs, availability, and performance. We are looking for dependable team members who are flexible, punctual, and committed to providing excellent guest service. If that sounds like you, we encourage you to apply.
