This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations during the check in process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for guest relations, and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet and check-in guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Manage reservations and maintain accurate records using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software. Assist in maintaining the front desk area and lobby, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to enhance the guest experience. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services and satisfaction. Willingness to learn and adhere to hotel policies and procedures while maintaining excellent customer service. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Familiarity with night audit processes is advantageous. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems is essential. Experience in front desk operations within a resort or hotel setting is highly desirable.
