As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in delivering a smooth, efficient, and welcoming experience while upholding brand standards. Key Responsibilities Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner during check-in and check-out Process reservations, cancellations, and room assignments accurately Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local area information Ensure compliance with IHG Hotels & Resorts brand standards Balance cash drawer and complete end-of-shift reports Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness Answer phones and respond to emails in a timely manner Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area Qualifications Previous customer service or hotel front desk experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills (PMS experience is a plus) Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Reliable and punctual Knowledge in Opera PMS (Preferred) What We're Looking For A positive, team-oriented attitude Strong attention to detail Problem-solving mindset Commitment to delivering excellent guest service Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay Opportunities for growth within the company Training and development
