Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression. Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest information while ensuring data privacy. Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist callers promptly and courteously. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly and effectively. Conduct night audits when necessary to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy. Uphold high standards of guest relations, hospitality management, and customer service throughout your shift. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred; hotel experience is highly valued. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a significant plus for communicating with a diverse clientele. Knowledge of hospitality management systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous. Excellent phone etiquette, communication skills, and attention to detail are essential.
