Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Guest Service Agent, working full-time evening shifts from 3 PM to 11 PM. In this lively role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring every guest experiences exceptional service from check-in to check-out. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will create memorable stays for our guests, fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills while working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management, front desk operations, or hotel customer service roles Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS) Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Previous resort or hotel experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essentialJoin us and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences! Responsibilities Guest Services:
Greet guests warmly, handle check-ins and check-outs, issue room keys, and manage special requests.
Communications:
Answer phone calls and respond to direct inquiries.
Reservations & Billing:
Take and update bookings, process cash and credit card payments, and manage invoices.
Problem Solving:
Listen to guest complaints and find prompt, professional solutions.
Local Knowledge:
Provide information on local attractions, restaurants, and transport options.
Department Coordination:
Work with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and requests are met.
Pay:
$15.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
