Position:
Front Desk Agent (part-time) •1st and 2nd shift as needed• Job Overview We are currently seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures Manage reservations, cancellations, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner Perform night audit duties as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area Answer incoming phone calls and direct them accordingly Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions Process guest payments accurately and ensure proper billing procedures Create a positive and memorable experience for every guest Enroll guests in the IHG Rewards Club program
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in a hotel or resort front desk role preferred (not required) Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Multilingual abilities are a plus for assisting international guests Knowledge of basic hospitality practices and front office operations Professional phone etiquette and a polished demeanor
