In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing friendly, efficient service while managing reservations, check-ins, and check-outs. Your multitasking skills and hospitality expertise will ensure smooth operations at the front desk and contribute to creating a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in process Manage reservations using hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or Property Management Systems (PMS), updating guest information accurately Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs, resolving issues promptly, and enhancing overall guest satisfaction Maintain knowledge of hotel emergency procedures to respond effectively in urgent situations Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy Support guest relations by offering local information, amenities details, and personalized service to enhance their stay Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, with a strong understanding of hotel management principles Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world Familiarity with hotel management software such as OPERA or other property management systems (PMS) Excellent customer service skills combined with problem-solving abilities to handle guest concerns efficiently Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest security at all times Strong communication skills for client interaction via phone and in person, demonstrating professionalism and attentiveness Experience with night audit processes and resort operations is a plus for comprehensive front desk support Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests!
