Are you passionate about hospitality and ready to share the spirit of Aloha? We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor to deliver exceptional service to our owners and guests. In this role, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our resort, ensuring memorable experiences from arrival to departure.
Essential Duties & Functions Guest Service:
Welcoming and checking guests in and out of the resort with warmth and professionalism.
Communication:
Handling incoming calls, managing reservations, answering general hotel inquiries, and routing calls to the correct departments and guest rooms.
Problem Solving:
Remaining calm, positive, and helpful when assisting stressed or irate callers.
Adaptability:
Thriving under pressure and managing customer service demands in a fast-paced, vibrant environment.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Previous Front Office or Reservations experience is highly recommended.
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Tech Skills:
Proficient computer skills and strong typing abilities.
Core Skills:
Excellent phone etiquette, strong basic math, and solid problem-solving abilities.
Traits:
Self-motivated, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work well with a team.
Work Schedule & Demands Flexibility:
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Judgment:
Strong ability to exercise discretion, meet deadlines, and make independent decisions using good judgment.
