Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience while efficiently managing reservations using property management systems such as OPERA, PEP, or similar platforms. Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems and in person, delivering prompt, courteous assistance with a focus on exceptional customer service. Manage guest requests, complaints, and problem-solving scenarios with professionalism and a positive attitude to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details while adhering to hotel policies and procedures. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest rooms are prepared to the highest standards. Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently to ensure safety and security for guests and staff at all times. Assist with night audit procedures when required, balancing accounts and preparing reports to support seamless financial operations. Utilize hospitality reservation systems effectively to modify bookings, process cancellations, and update guest preferences. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients and partners across various channels. Promote guest relations by offering personalized service that exceeds expectations and encourages repeat visits. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts is highly preferred. Proficiency in hotel management software such as OPERA or other property management systems (PMS) is essential. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse clientele effectively. Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to resolve issues promptly through effective communication and problem-solving techniques. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, night audit processes, and resort-specific guest services enhances your ability to excel in this role. Experience working with multi-line phone systems, property management systems (PMS), and handling guest relations in fast-paced environments will set you apart. A background in hospitality or resort experience is beneficial for understanding the unique needs of our guests and delivering exceptional service.
