Position Overview:
A Sales Support Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring timely follow-ups, maintaining accurate data, and providing administrative support that invoices overall sales efficiency. This position serves as a liaison between customers, agency partners and our inside sales team to help create seamless customer experience.

Paid Holidays Job Duties:
Manage and route inbound calls efficiently to the appropriate sales representative or department. Conduct timely follow-up on open quotes Coordinate the onboarding process for new agencies and referral partners. Assign inbound leads received to the appropriate sales representatives. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and prospect information with HubSpot. Assist customers with basic policy questions, endorsements, billing inquirers, and services requests. Process policy changes as requested by customers. Support sales representatives with administrative tasks that improve productivity and allow them to focus on new business development. Monitor assigned tasks and follow through to completion. Audit and reconcile internal reporting for both inside sales and agency Perform additional operation duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills & Abilities P & C License- either be licensed or willing to get licensed when you join the team. Strong commitment to customer services Basic understanding of insurance Excellent verbal and written communication skills Computer proficiency and the ability to learn CRM systems and other business applications. Highly organized and detailed oriented. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
