In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome, efficient check in and check out and assisting with any inquiries. Responsibilities include answering phones, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and prior customer service or front desk experience.
