- A supportive team environment focused on People Pleasing People What You'll Do As a Front Desk Associate, you will play an important role in creating positive guest experiences from arrival through departure.
Responsibilities include:
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately
- Answer guest questions about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
- Handle guest requests or concerns with patience, professionalism, and care
- Input and retrieve information from hotel computer systems
- Assign rooms based on guest preferences and availability
- Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate cash handling and house bank responsibilities
- Assist with luggage storage when needed
- Communicate guest needs to other departments to ensure seamless service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Support the team and assist with other duties as assigned What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who naturally enjoys working with people and creating great experiences.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A friendly, positive, and professional demeanor
- The ability to remain calm and solution-focused during busy or challenging situations
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel systems
- Ability to stand and move throughout the front office during the shift
- High school diploma or equivalent Previous hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is helpful but not required .
