Ideal candidates are able to work during the summer, some evenings (until 8 pm) throughout the week, as well as at least 2 Saturdays (until 4 pm) a month Shifts start at 8am and end at 8pm. Typical shifts are 5-8 hours, but we are flexible with your school/work schedule. Training pay starts at $11/hour, raises depend on work performance and attendance We are closed on Sundays.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Check guests in and out, answer the phone, book appointments Opening and closing the Spa Laundry Housekeeping Actively promote the spa, treatments, services and retail as well as any promotions or discounts Provide accurate and appropriate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management

Position Requirements:

Excellent communication and listening skills, as well as above average computer skills Enjoy working with people and posses a friendly and outgoing personality Must be dependable and able to work Saturdays Must be able to work independently and in a group setting Must be able to remain active and mobile throughout the work day, with frequent standing, walking, and moving required to complete essential tasks '
