As a key member of our front desk team, you will handle guest inquiries, manage reservations, and provide personalized guest services that reflect our commitment to excellence. Duties Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring complete satisfaction Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest preferences while adhering to phone etiquette standards Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepared to meet guest expectations Experience Prior experience in hotel front desk operations preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Familiarity with hospitality management systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous Knowledge of guest relations practices and hotel operations enhances your ability to deliver outstanding service Experience working in hotel or hospitality environments helps you understand the unique needs of diverse guests Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier guest services in a lively environment!
