Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is part-time, requiring Saturday/Sunday mornings and Monday evenings. It requires strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for hospitality management. Bilingual abilities and hotel management experience are highly desirable to enhance guest relations and streamline operations in our resort setting. Duties Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, providing accurate information and assistance Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest information in hotel management systems Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations Promote hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure clear communication at all times Assist with guest relations initiatives to foster positive relationships and repeat business Experience Prior experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment is preferred Bilingual skills (e.g., English and Spanish) are highly advantageous for serving diverse guests but not required Knowledge of hotel management software systems is a plus - we train! Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and proficiency in multi-line phone systems Join our team to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a dynamic hospitality environment.
