Weekends/Evenings (Part-Time) Front Desk & Member Experience Associate At Inspyr Studios, we're more than just a fitness studio we're a community. We're looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic individual who is passionate about fitness and creating meaningful connections with every person who walks through our doors. As the first and last point of contact for our members and guests, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional studio experience while helping foster the welcoming, supportive environment that makes Inspyr Studios special. What You'll Do Welcome every member and guest with genuine enthusiasm, warmth, and positive energy. Check members into class and ensure every client feels recognized, valued, and supported. Build lasting relationships with members by learning names, celebrating milestones, and helping create a strong sense of community. Answer questions from current, new, and prospective clients about classes, memberships, studio policies, and amenities. Give studio tours and help first time visitors feel comfortable and excited for their first class. Introduce new clients to coaches and guide them through a seamless first visit experience. Assist members with scheduling classes, managing accounts, and general studio inquiries both in person and over the phone. Support member retention by creating positive interactions and encouraging clients to stay engaged with the studio. Collaborate with coaches and the front desk team to provide an outstanding client experience. Assist with community events, studio promotions, and member appreciation activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment through light housekeeping duties, including wiping down surfaces, folding towels, organizing retail displays, restocking supplies, and keeping common areas presentable. Help ensure the studio is always ready to provide a five star experience for every class.
