Key Responsibilities:
Guest Check-in/Check-out:
Greet guests, issue keys, handle payments, and ensure smooth departures
Reservations:
Manage bookings, cancellations, and provide room and rate details
Guest Services:
Answer questions, fulfill requests, and resolve issues courteously and efficiently
Phone Handling:
Answer calls, transfer to departments, and take messages professionally
Payments Handling:
Accurately process payments, deposits, and refunds
Safety & Security:
Verify IDs, maintain logs, and follow security procedures
Problem Solving:
Address room or billing issues calmly and quickly
Admin Duties:
Maintain guest records and assist with data entry or reports
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with housekeeping and other departments
Upselling:
Promote hotel amenities, upgrades, and local attractions
Policy Knowledge:
Enforce hotel rules (e.g., check-in times, smoking policies)
Multitasking:
Balance phones, walk-ins, and guest requests simultaneously
Emergency Response:
