This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in being reliable, communicates well, and can make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Welcome guests and complete check-ins and check-outs Manage reservations, payments, and guest requests accurately Answer phones and provide information about the hotel and local area Resolve guest concerns calmly and professionally Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other team members Maintain an organized and professional front desk Follow hotel policies while using good judgment when unexpected situations arise Qualifications Dependable and punctual, with a strong attendance record Capable of thinking critically and solving problems independently Friendly, professional, and committed to excellent guest service Strong communication, organization, and computer skills Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities at once Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred but not required Must be available for morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled Join our team and help us provide the warm, dependable service our guests expect from Fairfield by Marriott Dixon.
