Now Hiring:
Full-Time Guest Service Agent at the Holiday Inn Express, East Peoria! Seeking dependable, friendly individuals with strong customer service skills to join our team. Full-time positions available 1st and 2nd shift openings Friendly and dependable applicants encouraged to apply
Who We Are:
Frontier Hospitality Group has been locally owned since 1950. We operate eight hotels across three fantastic brands and our growth keeps climbing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides high-quality customer service. Handles guest reservations. Answers and transfers phone calls. Handles guest check-ins and outs along with questions, complaints, etc. Other duties as required with the department.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to work weekends EOE/AA/Disabled Veteran.
