Job Description
The award winning Holiday Inn Elgin is looking for an enthusiastic TEAM member. Front Desk Agent
- Full-time AM PM shifts experienced preferred Front desk
Agent Responsibilities :
This position will check-in/check-out hotel guests in a timely and professional manner; and process all payments according to established procedures. Make reservations, answer phone calls and outgoing calls. And other duties for the customer service of the hotel. Front deskAgent Qualifications :
Requirements include holding a High School diploma or equivalent, plus one year front desk/guest service experience. Some college is preferred.
