The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, works well independently, and thrives in a fast-paced environment without needing constant supervision.
Requirements:
Outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills Dependable, punctual, and hardworking Team player with a positive attitude Self-motivated and able to take initiative •Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed•
Responsibilities:
Welcoming and provides exceptional customer service from check-in to check-out. Process guest payments accurately, including cash and credit card transactions. Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns professionally. Answer questions regarding hotel amenities, policies, and local information. Maintain guest privacy and follow hotel safety and security procedures. Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and guest-ready. Communicate maintenance, housekeeping, and safety concerns to the appropriate departments. Represent the hotel in a professional and positive manner. Perform other duties as assigned. ONQ/PEP Experience preferred but not required. Hotel Hospitality experience is a plus.
