Job Description
Job description: Our hotel is looking for experienced and ambitious hospitality professionals with a "people person" attitude plus organization and technology skills to deliver friendly success stay for all our guests. The front desk team utilizes excellent communication and collaboration to ensure each guest experience is consistent and meets our international brand standards. These principals are especially critical to build confidence in our guests that we are taking proper steps to keep them and our associates healthy. POSITION SUMMARY
- Front Desk Agent The Front Desk Agent works to put a face and personality on the services we provide and promptly responding to guest requests and reacting with empathy to understand and resolve issues when they arise.
The daily tasks include:
- Greet arriving guests, check-in and process reservation details
- Provide information on hotel amenities, surrounding attractions, and transportation
- Generate and review reports to assist with planning, tracking, and accounting
- Utilize numerous technical applications and tools such as PMS (Stay), Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, SalesForce and more
- Function as a cashier for market items, including alcohol sales
- Respond promptly to guest requests/questions
- Respond per company guidelines to guest issues/concerns, as needed
- Work independently and function as manager on duty
- Shifts run 7:00AM
- 3:00PM and 3:00PM
- 11:00PM, 7 days/week
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree a plus
- Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office, Windows, & cloud-based applications
- Attention to detail and understanding of process relationships
- Upbeat, welcoming, people-oriented attitude
- Experience with Stay(Property Management System) a strong plus
- Reliable transportation, excellent attendance, and punctuality
