Must have weekend availability. What You'll Be Doing As a Front Desk Agent / Night Audit, you'll be the face of our hotel, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Greeting and assisting guests with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations. Providing exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Managing the night audit process, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing financial reports. Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area. Communicating effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Upholding hotel policies and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
