Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and personable Front Desk Agent to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help create a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management expertise while supporting daily operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, direct calls efficiently, and provide accurate information. Efficiently and accurately check guests in and out of the hotel. Assist in other areas of the hotel as needed... such as laundry, public area cleaning, housekeeping etc. Stock cupboard so that it is well maintained for guest purchase. Accurately document daily activity at the hotel with complete detail. Support office management activities including supply inventory, filing systems, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry skills is preferred. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Effective phone communication skills coupled with proper phone etiquette to handle inquiries professionally. Previous office experience or administrative experience is preferred to ensure familiarity with clerical procedures. Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and office management tools enhances workflow efficiency. Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude that fosters positive client interactions.
