Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for our guests. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be proficient in office management, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer support. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with necessary information regarding their stay. Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accurate records. Handle phone inquiries and reservations using phone systems and computer software. Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming at all times. Assist guests with questions or concerns, providing solutions promptly to enhance their experience. Utilize QuickBooks for managing billing and invoicing as needed. Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and address any special requests. Perform general office management tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining inventory of supplies. Utilize Google Workspace tools for scheduling, communication, and documentation. Qualifications Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar customer service role is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in computer literacy, including familiarity with office software and phone systems. Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not required; training will be provided if necessary. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members. A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer support.
