In this lively and essential role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. Your energetic approach will help create a welcoming atmosphere, handle guest inquiries efficiently, and support overall hotel operations. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in process Manage guest reservations using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest satisfaction Address guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly with effective problem-solving techniques Maintain security protocols by monitoring access points and adhering to hotel emergency procedures Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met efficiently Conduct night audit procedures when required, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management Uphold high standards of guest relations by fostering a friendly, courteous environment at all times Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations preferred, especially within resort or hotel settings Proficiency with hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or comparable property management software (PMS) Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse client communication effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest safety protocols essential for maintaining a secure environment Experience working with multi-line phone systems and managing guest inquiries via phone communication Familiarity with hotel experience standards, including guest relations, night audit processes, and resort-specific services Demonstrated ability to solve customer service problems proactively while maintaining professionalism in fast-paced environments Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
