In this dynamic role, you'll be the friendly face and helpful voice that sets the tone for a welcoming stay. Your multitasking skills and hospitality expertise will ensure smooth check-ins, guest inquiries, and seamless operations throughout your shift. This position requires flexibility in working 1st and 2nd shifts and 3rd shift . Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in process Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and assistance Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty Maintain accurate reservation records, room assignments, and billing details using hotel management software Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports for management Assist with guest relations by providing local information, amenities details, and personalized service Support front desk operations during busy periods, ensuring efficient service and guest safety Skills Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus Knowledge of hospitality management principles and hotel operations to effectively support guest needs Experience with front desk procedures, including check-in/check-out processes and reservation systems Familiarity with night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems for efficient communication Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and courtesy in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated proficiency in hotel management software and guest service tools Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster positive guest relations Embark on a rewarding career where your hospitality talent makes every guest feel valued.
