Job Summary:

Fairfield Inn & Suites is urgently hiring a friendly, professional Front Desk Agent to join our busy hotel team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will deliver welcoming, efficient service while supporting smooth check-ins and check-outs. Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests during arrival and departure Process payments, issue room keys, and complete check-in/check-out tasks Respond promptly to guest questions, requests, and concerns Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to support guest needs Maintain accurate reservation and guest account records

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ year of customer service experience preferred Comfortable using hotel reservation software and related computer systems Ability to understand and follow directions accurately and efficiently Ability to interact professionally with internal and external customers, using patience, tact, and diplomacy to de-escalate concerns and resolve issues Ability to collect accurate information and handle routine problem-solving at the front desk Able to stand for long periods during shifts Available to work weekends Crosspoint Blvd Hotel Partners, LLC dba Fairfield Inn & Suites Indianapolis/Fishers is located near Roche Diagnostics Corporation and just a 15-minute drive from Keystone Mall, close to Ruoff Music Center, Connor Prairie, Fishers, and the Nickel Plate District.
