Overview Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Front Desk Associate and become the welcoming face of our hospitality operation! In this lively role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in experience. Your energetic presence will set the tone for guest satisfaction, and your multitasking skills will keep our front desk running seamlessly. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression. Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using property management systems (PMS). Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and directing calls appropriately. Assist guests with reservations, modifications, and cancellations, utilizing hospitality reservation systems. Provide outstanding guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and offering local recommendations. Maintain front desk operations including processing payments, issuing keys, and managing guest accounts. Follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety and respond effectively to any incidents or emergencies. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations. Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or comparable platforms. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and client communication. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices. Ability to handle night audit responsibilities if needed, ensuring accurate financial reconciliation. Exceptional phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems in a hospitality setting. Pay:
From $12.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 - 32.0 per week
