The Role We are seeking a polished, energetic, and experienced Full-Time Front Desk/breakfast Agent to join us for our morning shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM). This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations, high guest satisfaction, and a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly with a friendly attitude, providing a positive first impression of the hotel. clean and re-stock breakfast items as needed. clean breakfast bar and kitchen after breakfast. Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach. Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, and special requests to support seamless operations. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse guests effectively. Strong communication skills with proper phone etiquette and proficiency in multi-line phone systems. Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in managing guest information and reservations.
