Job Overview Join our hospitality team as a Night Shift Front Desk Associate at our welcoming motel. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving during overnight hours, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process while providing exceptional guest services. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression during night hours Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist callers with reservations, inquiries, or directions Maintain accurate records of guest stays, reservations, and billing information through the night audit process Address guest needs promptly by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and ensuring guest relations are prioritized Monitor security cameras and conduct routine safety checks around the property during your shift Respond to emergency situations or guest concerns with calm professionalism and effective problem-solving skills Experience Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or motel setting is highly preferred but not mandatory Strong customer service background with good communication skills Demonstrated ability to handle guest relations with professionalism and hospitality expertise Knowledge of hospitality management principles and hotel operations is advantageous Experience working overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment is desirable Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for hospitality makes every guest's stay memorable.
