As our 2nd Shift team member, you'll set the tone for every guest arriving in the evening—whether they're visiting for a Notre Dame game, business trip, or weekend getaway. If you're friendly, dependable, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you! What You'll Do Welcome guests with a warm, genuine smile and provide smooth check-in/check-out experiences Manage reservations, room assignments, and special requests with accuracy Answer phones and assist guests with questions about the hotel and local area Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care—turning problems into positive experiences Process payments and maintain accurate records Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure top-quality stays Help maintain a clean, safe, and inviting lobby environment Communicate important updates during shift changes What We're Looking For A positive, guest-first attitude and strong communication skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment Basic computer skills (hotel system experience is a bonus!)
